TOPFORM SEALER A-001 is a clear and glossy acrylic solvent-based finish. It is made from acrylic polymer performing good adhesion property to many kinds of substrates such as decorating brick , plaster , flattened tile , curried roofing tile , wood , polished stony floor and stony wall , etc. It can be used for protecting them from dirt pick-up and for ease of cleaning. TOPFORM SEALER A-100 gives high performance of gloss, durability and resists to mild-reactive chemical and tropical climate.

เป็นน้ำยาที่ผลิตขึ้นจากซิลิโคน สูตรน้ำ ไม่มีกลิ่น และมีประสิทธิภาพในการไล่น้ำ ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุให้เกิดตะไคร่น้ำ และเชื้อรา ไม่ให้จับพื้นผิววัสดุ

TOPFORM Silicone Water Repellent is made from an odourless water-based silicone which imparts water repellency to a wild variety of surfaces such as decorative bricks , concrete , pre-cast and natural stones , etc. As of its water repellent property, if could prevent growth of algae and mildew on the applied surface, it is designed for sealing against moisture mainly on the surface of substrate but less effective for sealing moisture from inside and from foundation of buildings.
